With a very minimal and soft metallic palette, I wanted the colors to create a river-belt like pattern through the middle of the canvas, illustrating the necessity of water streams in the outback. Australia’s climate is hotter than ever before and we are seeing so much more drought and climate change affecting our region. I painted this with resin to give the artwork a glossy finish and eye-catching overall feel.
