Inspired by the incredible colours and movement of the Great Barrier Reef, Reef Wonders is an abstract journey beneath the surface.

Layers of vibrant ocean blues, turquoise, soft aqua, white and touches of coral and earthy tones come together to capture the ever-changing beauty of the reef. There’s movement throughout the piece - almost as though you’re looking down through crystal-clear tropical water, catching glimpses of coral, reef formations and light shifting across the sea floor.

For me, it’s about that sense of wonder you feel when you’re surrounded by the reef. Wild, colourful, calming and completely alive.

Reef Wonders brings a little piece of that North Queensland feeling into your space through my unique technique of painting with cups and spoons.

150 × 80cm acrylics and enamels on wide canvas. Hang horizontally or vertical according to your interior.

This original artwork can be purchased as is (canvas only) or can be framed in floating frame styles- raw timber, black timber, or white. Please allow for 7-10 additional working days for framing as each canvas is framed locally within Townsville.
