A fresh concept inspired by the clear waters of the ocean. Using a clear acrylic sheet for a canvas, I have painted a ‘floating‘ wave and suspended it within a deep framed box. The waves are tinted blue & white and transport you right to the oceans edge, with the transparency of the canvas and the wet wave splashing right through the middle of the piece. The wave cast shadows on the dark backing, giving depth and intensifying the illusion of a deep ocean.

Suitable for a well lit interior, where the light can bring the wave to life! This piece was designed to be displayed portrait or landscape, suitable to your space
