Swift Currents captures the energy and rhythm of ocean waters as they sweep across the reef. Flowing layers of turquoise, deep blue, and soft sandy tones move across the canvas, echoing the meeting of tides and the ever-changing patterns found along tropical coastlines.

Created through a fluid pouring technique, the pigments move organically across the surface, forming delicate wave-like textures and intricate lacing. Subtle hints of warm metallic tones shimmer through the composition, reflecting the way sunlight dances across moving water. This piece has been created with epoxy resin offering a high gloss finish, and intensifying the ocean tones in the artwork.

The elongated format invites the eye to travel across the artwork, much like following a current along the shoreline—bringing a sense of movement, calm, and connection to the ocean into the space it inhabits. 🌊✨
