Inspired by the shifting tides and coral seas of North Queensland, the artwork evokes the sensation of looking down into deep waters where light and movement constantly transform the view. Gold and sandy tones weave through the composition like glimmers of reef and shoreline, grounding the fluid blues with warmth. You can see the textures of the paint as you come up close to the canvas.
